Metroid Prime 4 currently has no release date. Despite significant efforts going into this project, Jeff Grubb mentioned both of those games won’t receive nearly as much of a upgrade as the original Metroid Prime (remaster/remake) coming this Holiday. We're very excited to see how the game plays on the Nintendo Switch, and welcome back one of the reigning kings of Nintendo's exclusive line-up in the gaming world. The speculation comes from a Tweet from The Game Awards host Geoff Keighley, who uploaded an image of himself standing next to celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck and Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime, with the text "see you in December!" attached, pointing to Nintendo being present at The Game Awards. Now, it seems like a gameplay reveal might be in order at The Game Awards 2018. Despite fans demanding a gameplay reveal or new trailer for the game at E3 2018, though, Nintendo disappointingly avoided any and all mention of it. So it would not be wrong to assume that Prime 4 could make it there.Ever since Metroid Prime 4 was announced all the way back at Nintendo's E3 2017 presentation, the game has been shrouded in plenty of secrecy. And the fact that Game Awards 2018 is only two months apart. Provided the fact that it has been well over a year since Nintendo announced Metroid Prime 4. So most of these are speculations but you may also see the picture that it might turn out to be true. Metroid Dread s tone is obvious from the title alone: its a darker, more sci-fi horror-inspired entry than any previous games in the series. And most of the fans have their fingers pointed towards Metroid Prime 4. Now, this is pretty much enough to assume that Nintendo will be giving time to a big reveal. Metroid Prime is the fifth main installment in the Metroid franchise and the first game in the series to use 3D computer graphics and a first-person perspective.

One new cryptic update from the Metroid Prime developers gives those fans a possible clue and some hope. But, since this is a rumor, it would be better, you take this with a grain of salt.
Now though, most of it might change at the Game Awards 2018. The details have also been pretty low, especially the gameplay of this upcoming game. Well, it has been quite a while now since Metroid Prime 4 got confirmation by Nintendo to roll out on Switch. A rumor has recently surfaced, which seems to suggest Metroid Prime 4 Gameplay might be featured at the Game Awards
