Upon returning to Vero Beach after the war he worked for his father, Joe S. He enlisted in the Army Air Force at 17 and served in the Pacific Theater from 1942 until the end of the war. He was born in Washington, D.C., and was a lifelong resident of Vero Beach. Joe Henry Earman Sr., 84, died May 4, 2010.
